Changes/Fixes:

• Linux (Wayland): The window should now properly match the size of the display when using fractional scaling. (Thanks @freakywaves)
• General: Debug screen shows correct OpenGL version, where applicable.
• Stereometer: Tweaked the mapping function to improve appearance. This should be similar in appearance to pre-v1.0 MiniMeters.
• Linux: Improved appearance of Save As dialog.
• Linux: Added an Open File dialog to enable loading Reference Tracks on systems without drag and drop support.
• General: Fixed issue where opening a context menu when Additional Settings and the primary Settings window were open could cause the menu to open in the incorrect position. (Thanks @freakywaves and others)
• Plug-Ins: Fixed being unable to resize the plug-in windows in Kushview Element. (Thanks @kardelenim46)
• Plug-Ins: Fixed issue where resizing some plug-ins would behave inconsistently. (Thanks @moreisbetter)
• Loudness: Small change to how the peak volume is calculated to reduce the wagon-wheel effect. (Thanks @moreisbetter)
• Loudness: Increase default height from 64px to 128px. (Thanks @moreisbetter)
• Audio Server: Fix issue that would occur when Audio Server was inserted in multiple hosts at once if one host did not support Time Code.
