• Vulkan Backend: Fixed a performance issue when using fractional scaling.
• Vulkan Backend: Fixed a rendering size issue that occurred when using the Spectrogram. (Thanks @onetwentyeight_ in the Discord)
• Vulkan Backend: Fixes issue on Intel Graphics where MiniMeters could fail to launch. (Thanks @djenzar in the Discord)
• General Fix issue where popped-out modules would pause when primary window was minimized.
