Changes/Fixes:

• Linux (X11): Fixed crash at launch on i3 (Thanks @mapi_ in the Discord)
• Linux (X11): Fixed some Dialog windows being stretched on tiling window managers.
• Linux (Wayland): Fixed crash at launch on hyprland. (Thanks @streampunk_ in the Discord)
• Linux (Wayland): Now defaults to "Stick" being enabled.
• Windows: Fixed issue where the "Stick" menu item in the Reposition menu would show that it was enabled by default.
• General: Fix debug window profiler showing incorrect information when using the Quad Layout.
• General: Added a close button in the debug window and to the Save As dialog on Linux.
• General: Fixed crash that could occur when starting a recording. (Thanks @sechan_01 in the Discord)
